Bárbara Miragaia participates, as a lecturer, in the II Postgraduate Course in Preventive Recovery and Sustainability of Companies at Lusófona University

Bárbara Miragaia, Senior Associate at MFA Legal, is one of the guest lecturers at the II Postgraduate Course in Preventive Recovery and Sustainability of Companies (online course), promoted by Lusófona University. On February 9th, Bárbara led the session dedicated to "Tax Planning and Incentives".

The recovery of viable companies tends to avoid their insolvency and closure. Consequently, it limits the unnecessary loss of jobs, skills and knowledge, often highly specialized. In this sense, the course, which will end in mid-April, has as its main objective to provide the various professionals involved in the negotiation of preventive company recovery agreements with solid training and an excellent theoretical-practical approach, which will certainly help them to respond more efficiently to practical challenges and problems, with new approaches and more appropriate solutions.
